After a Hiatus, Canard Shifts Into Dinner Service Only

Gabriel Rucker and Andy Fortgang are bringing back their restaurants after a brief hiatus, but Le Pigeon and Canard won’t look the way they did in 2019. Canard, which reopened for outdoor dining on Wednesday, is sticking to dinner service only, giving up its all-day menu of brunch fare and late-night snacks.
