What I Actually Want to Eat on Mother's Day

If you’re someone who celebrates this holiday, there’s often a bit of a disconnect. Honoring what moms do the other 364 days of the year is noble, indeed. But—at least in this mom’s opinion—making her breakfast in bed means a mess in both the kitchen and the bedspread. Going to brunch is great in theory. But wrangling kids at a restaurant is often the opposite of relaxing.
