Well, it’s possible. The Seahawks can indeed win with Geno Smith under center. All it took was facing off against the lowly 1-5 (now 1-6) Jacksonville Jaguars. To be fair, Seattle was competitive in its previous three games – all losses – before untimely turnovers spelled the team’s demise.
Even with the win, the Seahawks will gladly welcome their bye in Week 9, allowing the team to regroup and plan how to attack the second half of the season. Perhaps more importantly, the bye will also allow some key players to heal up and return to action soon – namely Russell Wilson and Chris Carson. The two
