Le Pigeon Will Soon Start Offering Private Dinners in Hotel Rooms

Following in the footsteps of restaurants and hotels across the country, Le Pigeon will begin serving three-course meals in private rooms within the Jupiter Hotel Next. Portland restaurants are still technically closed for indoor dining, but because renting a hotel room isn’t off-the-table in 2021, the team at Le Pigeon can still serve diners directly as a sort of “room service.” Starting February 12, customers can enjoy dinners for two or four guests hosted in private hotel rooms, with dishes like lobster vichyssoise, sherry-glazed short ribs with marrow-roasted pears, and pandan panna cotta.
