Chef Gabriel Pascuzzi’s Grain and Vegetable Bowl Restaurant Lands on Belmont

Fans of chef Gabriel Pascuzzi’s grain bowl pop-up restaurant have something to feel good about—Feel Good is now a brick and mortar restaurant selling vivid, colorful grain and vegetable bowls on SE Belmont Street. The takeout restaurant is Pascuzzi’s third, after Stacked Sandwich Shop and wood-fired chicken restaurant Mama Bird.

The Oregonian reported last Friday that the recent Top Chef contestant and 2017’s Eater PDX Chef of the Year had opened the doors to Feel Good in its new 450-square foot space. Unfortunately, the restaurant hit a speed bump this morning—though it was set to be the first official day open, Pascuzzi says that’s delayed until tomorrow thanks
