A Running List of Portland Restaurants and Food Carts Shutting Down for the Heat Wave

A massive heat wave is heading straight for Portland this weekend, with forecasts projecting temperatures as high as 111 degrees Fahrenheit on Sunday. That’s bad news for food cart owners and restaurant workers in kitchens without air conditioning, who will add a few degrees on to the heat thanks to ovens and gas burners.
