A veteran Vancouver Police Department financial crimes investigator charged with multiple counts of fraud and theft allegedly moonlighted as a housing developer, according to numerous civil court claims.
Kalwinder Singh Dosanjh was charged Thursday with four counts of fraud over $5,000, four counts of theft over $5,000, and breach of trust by a public officer under the Criminal Code of Canada.
“The alleged offence dates vary between the nine counts, but the earliest date alleged is Dec. 8, 2017, and the latest date is July 25, 2025, at or near Vancouver, Surrey, and/or other locations,” stated the B.C.
