The Vancouver Canucks will have another sweater to wear this season.
As part of the NHL’s leaguewide “reverse retro” campaign, the Canucks will wear a sweater inspired by the 1962-63 Western Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks.
Every team in the NHL will start wearing their “reverse retro” sweaters in November.
The Canucks will debut theirs Nov. 1 vs. New Jersey, then wear them seven more times, all before New Year’s.
The Canucks’ new sweater is royal blue, green and beige, and features a Johnny Canuck logo similar to the one used in the early 1960s.
