Cray Expands In Wisconsin

Seattle-based supercomputer manufacturer Cray said this morning that it is expanding in Wisconsin, as it builds out a new supercomputer manufacturing facility in Chippewa Falls. According to Cray, the move will roughly double its manufacturing capacity. Cray was originally founded in Chippewa Falls forty years ago, before moving its headquarters to Seattle. Cray did not say how much more space it will have in Chippewa Falls after the expansion.
