At a wedding dress boutique in Seattle, Stacey Gimmestad looks over her sparkling, lacy inventory between visits with brides.
‘Quite the conundrum’ as Washington businesses struggle to find workers
A lot of brides.
“They’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting,” Gimmestad said. “They’re like ‘we just want to do this.’”
La Belle Elaine’s Bridal is seeing a surge of business, as is Holly Olsen’s Perfectly Posh Events planning company.
“I think it’s just going to be a very, very busy summer,” Olsen said.
