The Seattle-area real estate market just hit a new high-price record. A Hunts Point estate built for Kenny G, aka ​​Kenneth Bruce Gorelick, has become the most expensive listing in Northwest Multiple Listing Service history at a whopping $85 million. The no-bank waterfront property has been in the ultra-wealthy McCaw family since cell service magnate Craig McCaw—net worth $2.2 billion—purchased the home from Gorelick in 1999. For the last 14 years, it’s been the home of his brother Bruce McCaw, who cofounded McCaw Cellular, and sister-in-law Jolene McCaw.
