Marie Gluesenkamp Pérez has jumped into the lead in the 3rd Congressional District. Perez leads republican challenger Joe Kent 52-47% with 59% of the votes counted. Perez has an 11,000 vote lead as of 9:30 p.m. The race is considered too close to call.
