Mariners host pop-up blood drive at T-Mobile Park this week

After a historic postseason, the Seattle Mariners are back for an extra inning, looking to save lives by teaming up with Bloodworks Northwest to host a pop-up blood drive at T-Mobile Park.

The blood drive will be held at Ellis Pavillion on Nov. 14 and 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

PNW severely short on blood donations this summer

The drive comes after shortages earlier this year had Bloodworks officials sounding the alarm. This shortage was further exacerbated by shipments of blood sent to support victims of Hurricane Ian in Florida.
