King County Metro offers transit-to-trail service with Trailhead Direct

King County wants to help you hit the trails this summer, all while easing vehicle congestion.

The Trailhead Direct service, offered by King County Metro and King County Parks, is back for the summer. The transit-to-trails service is available on its most popular routes with stops at trailheads including Mount Si, Little Si, and Mount Teneriffe.

Trailhead coaches will be departing from the Link light rail station on Seattle’s Capitol Hill every 30 minutes on the weekends, including holidays such as Memorial Day.
