You hate to beat up on a public official for trying and Seattle Mayor Ed Murray is new to the office, but last week he became one more Seattle mayor to hold yet another news conference about how the city was going to yet again get tough on crime and make downtown safer.
He was also backed by yet another new police chief who’s apparently going to, yet again, clean up the cop shop …
If it’s just a another instance of The Seattle Process … it’s lame. We’ll have to wait and see if this mayor can pull it off, but in the meantime it got us thinking of other aspects of Seattle that are lame.
