CULLY — A tipster tells Eater PDX that New Zealand-style ice cream shop Nico’s Ice Cream closed its original location at 5713 NE Fremont Street. A sign taped to the door reads in part, “Unfortunately, due to ongoing building issues outside of our control, we have to say goodbye to this location.” The Nico’s location in Killingsworth remains open.
