Portland Trail Blazers rookie Scoot Henderson dazzles in NBA Summer League debut before injury

Henderson had 15 points, six assists and five rebounds before injuring his right shoulder. He left the arena without a brace or sling and will undergo an MRI.

LAS VEGAS — Portland Trail Blazers rookie Scoot Henderson, the third overall pick of the NBA draft, left his summer league debut in the third quarter with a right shoulder injury.

Before the injury, Henderson dazzled the crowd with a dominant first quarter in which he totaled 13 points, three assists and three rebounds. He left the game with 4:51 left in the third quarter, finishing the game with 15 points, six assists and five rebounds in 21
