The Starlight Parade returned Saturday night, while the Oregon Brewery Festival and NASCAR Xfinity series races continued.
PORTLAND, Oregon — A number of big events will be taking place this weekend in Portland, including the Rose Festival’s iconic Starlight Parade.
The Oregon Brewery Festival began at noon on Friday, and will run until Sunday. Organizers said the beer festival attracts thousands of people looking to try different craft brews.
But there plenty of other events going on beside the brewery festival.
