Police identify man who died in crash on Portland's Northeast Sandy Boulevard

Police said the man is 39-year-old Terrelle L. Tucker of Portland. He was the only person involved in the incident. His family has been notified of his death. 

Shortly after 5 a.m. Friday, a vehicle crashed into some utility equipment at Northeast Sandy Boulevard and 112th Avenue, knocking down some cables. The downed cables were not live wires, police said.

Tucker was driving a white 2011 Buick Lacrosse. Police said he was traveling at a high rate of speed before hitting a raised center median, lost control and crashed through a power pole, a bus stop and two trees.
