Parts of Willamette Valley see sticking snow Tuesday morning; Portland metro area stays wet

Much of Yamhill County as well as the Albany, Corvallis and Salem areas reported sticking snow. Portland saw snow flurries.

PORTLAND, Ore. — People in parts of the Willamette Valley south of Portland woke up Tuesday morning to more snow on the ground. It marked the third straight morning of a wintry mix of snow and rain showers in the region.
