Authorities say a 14-year-old boy fatally shot his foster father and another man while on a hunting trip in eastern Oregon.

The Associated Press reported Friday that recently released photos show the log cabin where the three were staying, as well as blood-soaked clothing on the floor near a rifle.

A motive and possible charges are still being determined. The unidentified boy is recovering in a hospital for a gunshot wound to the leg after apparently shooting himself by accident.

Details of the shooting also still aren’t clear. One man was shot in the cabin, another outside and a rifle and handgun were involved, The AP reports.
