VANCOUVER, Wash. — U.S. Sen. Patty Murray says unpredictable federal trade policy is hitting Washington businesses hard — and she’s pushing for Congress to have more say in how tariffs are imposed.
Murray met with port workers, small business owners and union leaders during a roundtable discussion at Thompson Metal Fab and later in a walk through downtown Vancouver — where the topic of tariffs took center stage.
