The Multnomah County board of commissioners voted to approve a request for proposal for a development partner Thursday morning.
PORTLAND, Ore. — The Multnomah County Board of Commissioners passed a unanimous vote approving a proposal to bring on a development partners for the Walnut Park redevelopment project, which is located in the historically Black Albina district.
Walnut Park, a block of county-owned land at the intersection of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Killingsworth Street, currently houses the NE Health Center and other critical services.
