Atlas CEO confirms acquisition of Results Partners, merging two giant Vineyard management companies.

Atlas CEO Barry Belli said the transaction was finalized on Friday, a day after the Business Journal reported that an acquisition appeared imminent. He called the consolidation “a very positive thing for the entire Oregon wine industry.”
The deal takes Results Partners out of the portfolio of Clearview Capital, where it resided with McMinnville-based Orchard & Vineyard Supply, and puts it under the umbrella of Atlas, which is majority owned
