Startup coworking group UpStart Collective is consolidating its two locations into one central spot in one of Portland’s highest-profile addresses.
The group is moving into the fifth floor of U.S. Bancorp Tower, 111 S.W. Fifth Ave., taking over space that was one of several floors occupied by San Francisco-based New Relic.
