Rite Aid store closings now surpass 200 locations. Here’s a full list

Rite Aid has revealed another round of locations closing as part of the drugstore chain’s ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

WASHINGTON — Nearly 100 more Rite Aid stores are set to close as part of the drugstore chains’ ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

Rite Aid filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last week, citing continued financial struggles. It is the second bankruptcy filing for the popular drugstore chain in the last few years. 

Court documents following the bankruptcy announcement revealed Rite Aid initially planned to close 47 stores. Updated documents released last week expanded this list to include an additional 68 stores across seven states, and Friday’s newest update
