Portland’s Latino Network helps community navigate holiday pressures and uncertainty

Ongoing federal immigration enforcement efforts continue to create fear, uncertainty and family disruptions, at a time of year traditionally centered on gathering.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Latino Network is partnering with the KGW Great Toy Drive for the first time, a collaboration Executive Director Tony DeFalco says will bring much-needed joy and support to Latino children and families during a particularly difficult holiday season.

DeFalco joined KGW’s “Straight Talk” to discuss the organization’s expanding role in the community and the heightened pressures many families are facing.
