Chef and co-owner Greg Higgins hopes customers will continue making reservations through the summer to help his restaurant and other local businesses stay afloat.
PORTLAND, Ore. — If you’re looking for a table for dinner at Higgins in downtown Portland, you may be out of luck.
The landmark 32-year-old restaurant has been booked all weekend after staff announced last week Higgins may have to close due to a lack of business.
Co-owner and chef Greg Higgins told KGW downtown is not what it used to be, and they’ve struggled to book tables following COVID-19.
