Portland police and DA’s office announce first indictment under anti-burglary task force

The task force was announced in mid-November, intended to help city and county law enforcement agencies respond to downtown burglaries in a more coordinated fashion.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland-area law enforcement officials announced Monday that a new anti-burglary task force established last month has secured its first indictment, although the individual in question was arrested prior to the task force’s formation.
