LOS ANGELES — Consumers who purchased Poppi sodas between January 2020 and July 2025 can now file claims for refunds as part of an $8.9 million class action settlement addressing allegations over the beverage’s “gut healthy” marketing claims.
The settlement, which covers all flavors and package sizes of Poppi products purchased for household use in the United States, allows eligible consumers to receive up to 75 cents per single can, $3 per 4-pack, $6 per 8-pack, and $9 per 12-pack or 15-pack purchased.
