A tentative agreement between PCC and its faculty union ends a nearly three-week strike, with most spring classes set to begin April 6.
PORTLAND, Oregon — Portland Community College (PCC) and its faculty union reached a tentative agreement Monday night, effectively ending a strike that began March 11 and kept most classes from meeting for nearly three weeks, according to a press release from PCC.
