OREGON, USA — Oregon winemakers are gaining international attention for something beyond the state’s signature pinot noir: sparkling wine.
More than 45 traditional-method sparkling wine producers have joined forces to create Method Oregon, a nonprofit organization aimed at setting high standards and elevating the region’s reputation worldwide.
