PORTLAND, Ore. — The Oregon Humane Society is cutting adoption fees in half for all adult pets this weekend, from Friday, July 18 through Sunday, July 20, at both its Portland and Salem campuses. The move is aimed at freeing up shelter space as the number of animals in shelters increases during the summer months.
