A bill to create a revolving construction loan to spur mixed income housing is headed to Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek.
Senate Bill 1567 directs Oregon Housing and Community Services to establish a $20 million revolving loan program to provide subsidized construction loans to market-rate and affordable housing developers. The developers, in exchange, must commit to building affordable units.
