OLCC suspends North Portland mini mart’s license after owner’s arrest

Earlier in March, Stop N Go’s owner was arrested and booked on eight felony charges; drugs, cash and firearms were also seized at the convenience store.

PORTLAND, Ore. — The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is proposing to pull a Portland mini mart’s liquor license after its owner was arrested earlier this month for allegedly trafficking drugs. 

The OLCC issued an Order of Emergency License Suspension on Friday, stating that the licensee, Stop N Go Mini Mart, must stop selling alcohol as “continued operation represents a serious danger to public health and safety.” The agency said five violations occurred in 2024 and 2025.
