Northeast Portland shopping center hits the market at $50.8M

A retail center anchored by a Fred Meyer store and Portland’s shuttered Kohl’s department store is for sale.

The Gateway Shopping Center at Northeast Halsey Street and 102nd Avenue was listed by CBRE this month at $50.8 million with the former Kohl’s store or $44.8 million without. The property is 96% occupied.
