PORTLAND, Ore. — The head of Portland’s largest business association sharply criticized county leadership this week after a man was stabbed during a scuffle across the street from the Multnomah County Central Library, the latest in a series of violent incidents in that area of downtown.
Police later arrested three people at Holladay Park. Ja’Riyah Williams, 21; Anthony Nicholas, 18; and Daviana Anderson, 18, were all arraigned Tuesday on charges for assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
