A bill to fund improvements to Portland’s 30-year-old Moda Center is moving toward approval in the final week of Oregon’s short legislative session.
Senate Bill 1501 would direct tax revenue generated by Moda Center events to a fund to pay for operations and an expected $600 million in renovations for the Portland Trail Blazers’ home arena.
