Three of Ken Sim’s former party mates have officially filed nomination papers with the Vancouver election office in their bids to win enough votes in the Oct. 17 municipal election to become the city’s next mayor.
Coun. Rebecca Bligh of Vote Vancouver ran with Sim in the 2018 election under the Non-Partisan Association (NPA) banner and again in 2022 with ABC Vancouver. Colleen Hardwick of TEAM for a Livable Vancouver was elected as a councillor in the 2018 race as a member of the NPA.
