Frank Yeary, chair since 2023 and an Intel director since 2009, is retiring from the board, the company announced Monday. Director Craig Barratt will step up to chair, effective after the company’s May annual meeting.
Barratt, 63, brings a much shorter record with Intel (Nasdaq: INTC)
