PORTLAND, Ore. — CC Slaughters Nightclub and Lounge, a longtime fixture in Portland’s LGBTQ+ nightlife scene, is expected to remain open under new ownership after nearly shutting its doors.
The club, which has operated for more than four decades, was scheduled to permanently close Sunday. The current owners, who are preparing to retire, recently put the venue up for sale.
