HILLSBORO, Ore. — Five years after planning and construction, the Hillsboro Hops will throw their first pitch Tuesday on Opening Day at their new $157 million ballpark.
The game is scheduled for 6:35 p.m. against the Spokane Indians.
“From the first pitch to the final out, this is more than a game,” the Hillsboro Hops’ website said. “It’s the start of something special.”
