The gay-owned men’s underwear boutique will remain in downtown Portland with continued focus on revitalizing the downtown business district.
PORTLAND, Oregon — In the most basic of terms, you could have called it a retirement sale on men’s underwear.
But a quick look around UnderU4Men Tuesday night and it’s clear the longstanding gay-owned downtown retailer is anything but basic. It’s been that way since 2006 when founder Steven Lien opened it.

“I’m really proud that our employees and our customers have always just been really loyal to a downtown Portland store,” said Lien.
