Portland’s gherkin-themed collegiate baseball team is taking on the Mouse.

The Portland Pickles, in a complaint filed with the U.S. District Court of Oregon on May 7, accused the Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS) of trademark infringement in a new animated series called “Win or Lose” on the entertainment conglomerate’s streaming service, Disney+.
