The Sherwood-based Cat Adoption Team isn’t going anywhere, but the nonprofit said the thrift shop has become too costly to keep operating.
PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland’s CAT Thrift Store — named for its owners, the Cat Adoption Team — will shut its doors at the end of June. The shop off of Southwest Scholls Ferry Road has been operating its unique concept for over a decade, helping about 100 feline friends find their forever homes straight from the storefront.
