WASHINGTON — AT&T customers have just over a month left to apply for their share of a $177 million class action settlement. But the deadline to opt out of the lawsuit is days away.
AT&T agreed to pay to settle a class action lawsuit about two “data incidents” from 2024.
Those affected by the data breach originally had until Nov. 18 to file their claim. But that deadline was pushed back a month to Dec. 18.
