PORTLAND, Ore. — The war with Iran continues to cause disruptions to the global oil supply chain, with U.S. gas prices climbing to record levels this week. For many consumers, filling up the tank hurts more than ever before.
But at one small Portland gas station, kindness is helping to soften the blow, and keeping customers coming back.
