Amazon is accusing Berkshire Hathaway-owned PacifiCorp of trying to “extract payments” that aren’t due to it under existing power agreements.
In a complaint filed Oct. 30 with the Oregon Public Utility Commission, Amazon Data Services alleges PacifiCorp has breached statutory and contractual obligations to provide power for new facilities in Oregon.
