PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland State University will partner with Colas Development Group to build a 150-room hotel and conference center in downtown Portland.
The more than $70 million project is part of a larger mixed-use Performing Arts + Culture Center development that will include a proposed city-owned, 3,000-seat Broadway-capable venue. PSU first announced the project in 2023 as part of discussions to replace the aging Keller Auditorium.
