There is something about classic video games that never really fades.
The sounds, the pixel graphics, and the challenge of beating a level without saves or shortcuts all come rushing back the moment you pick up a controller. That feeling is exactly what the Eugene Retro Game Fest is bringing back this spring.
The event returns for 2026 with a major upgrade. For the first time, it will run as a full two day event, taking place Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Wheeler Pavilion inside the Lane Events Center in Eugene.
